Hamptons / USA / Domestic Staff Agency - Estate Management Couple or Estate Manager and Executive Housekeeper

For our customer in the Hamptons USA we are looking for an estate management couple or an estate manager and an executive housekeeper.

Your tasks are:

Tasks of the Estate Manager:

  • maintenance and renovation of real estate,
  • administration of household staff and management of household expenditure,
  • Manage all construction, renovation and landscaping projects.
  • Assignment and control of external service providers and craftsmen
  • establish and maintain high service standards; Hire, manage, develop and train staff;
  • Planning and conducting events
  • budgeting and monitoring of real estate costs,
  • Enforce dress code, care standards and other guidelines and standards for all employees.
  • Manage the maintenance of valuables such as cars, boats, artwork and other valuables.

Tasks of the Executive Housekeeper:

  • organization of the entire household,
  • leadership and control of other house staff,
  • organizing the cleaning of the premises and the household,
  • organization of the cleaning of the terraces, external surfaces and the entrance area,
  • shopping and stockpiling,
  • Organization of laundry and cloakroom care,

You bring along the following prerequisites:

  • You are completely reliable and already have private household experience as
  • housekeepers and can provide references.
  • You have experience in service.
  • You work conscientiously and reliably.
  • You like working in a team.
  • You have a friendly, well-balanced nature and are very discreet.
  • You have a well-groomed appearance, a correct appearance and a flawless
  • You have a high degree of temporal flexibility
  • You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English,
  • You are in possession of a driving license and have good driving experience.
  • You are a non-smoker.
  • You have permission to work in the USA

Requirements for the Estate Manager:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a management position,
  • Experience in leadership, motivating employees
  • Excellent real estate management skills
  • Experience with air conditioning, safety systems and general maintenance
  • You have a strong service orientation and very good communication skills
  • You are an organizational talent and keep track even in stressful situations
  • You have good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products
  • You have a well-groomed appearance, a correct appearance and a flawless

Requirements for the Executive Housekeeper:

  • Experience in leadership, motivating employees
  • Excellent cleaning and laundry techniques as well as knowledge in the cleaning and care of luxury surfaces
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills
  • You are an organizational talent and keep track even in stressful situations
  • Strong multi-task capability with excellent time management

We offer:

  • It is a permanent full-time job.
  • Working hours are usually Monday through Friday.
  • Every now and then, you will be working by arrangement on the weekends when guests are received, and you will be given free days off during the week.
  • The job is more than well-endowed according to the tasks.
